Active Engagement Policy

1. Legal Framework.

This platform operates in strict alignment with the digital governance of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia:

  • Computer Crime Proclamation No. 958/2016
  • Electronic Transactions Proclamation No. 1205/2020

Usage of the TEAN network is restricted to verified educational and humanitarian advancement.

2. Institutional Integrity.

Verified Identity

All accounts (Admins, Mentors, Mentees) require multi-stage verification including official institution ID and email authentication.

Engagement Professionalism

Interaction within the network must strictly adhere to academic standards. Personal or non-educational conduct is prohibited.

Data Stewardship

Users are responsible for the security of their access keys and the integrity of data uploaded for audit purposes.

Mission Alignment

Engagement is measured by humanitarian impact. Any deviation from educational progress results in permanent hub suspension.

3. Prohibited Engagement.

Violations trigger immediate legal review under FDRE Proclamations. Prohibited actions include:

Identity Falsification
Unauthorized Hub Access
Digital Sabotage
Non-Academic Resource Usage

4. Transnational Governing Law.

These Terms are exclusively governed by the laws of the **Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia**. Dispute resolution is conducted within official Ethiopian jurisdictions unless otherwise specified for international partnerships.
